Tony Kelly serves as the Director of Commercial PV Installations, overseeing client relationships, company growth, and operations. With more than 30 years of leadership experience, he has successfully managed and led diverse teams, specialising in strategic direction and large-scale project delivery within the renewable energy sector.

Tony has built an extensive network across major projects, construction, developers, and startups within the energy industry. His ability to connect key players and drive successful outcomes is unmatched. From conducting on-site inspections to providing strategic planning, project delivery, and advisory services, Tony’s expertise spans various critical aspects of the energy transition. His combination of leadership skills and techno-commercial expertise ensures he consistently delivers results while maintaining strong relationships and upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending quality time with his family whilst traveling.

Mathew Kelly

Constructions Manager;
Senior Project Manager

Mathew Kelly is an accomplished project manager, known for successfully delivering projects from inception to completion. With expertise in planning assessments, site evaluations, and contractor coordination, he plays a critical role in ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes. His ability to manage complex projects involving utility metering, Energy Storage, and monitoring equipment highlights his strategic approach and technical proficiency.

As an A-Grade qualified Electrician with SSA accreditations in installation, design, and batteries, Mat brings over two decades of electrical experience to the industry. His background working with leading industry contractors has equipped him with the skills to integrate technical solutions with effective project management, ensuring efficiency and long-term reliability.

Outside of work, Mat enjoys spending quality time with family & friends, staying active at the gym, and exploring local eateries.

Luke Kelly

Operations Manager;
Senior Project Manager

Luke Kelly plays a key role at Commercial PV Installations, bringing expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on scheduling, strategic planning, and proposal preparation. With a strong emphasis on ensuring client satisfaction, Luke is highly skilled in hands-on project management, contractor coordination, and maintaining a proven track record in OH&S management.

His extensive experience allows him to manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering on-time and on-budget results. Luke’s strategic planning capabilities ensure efficient project execution, while his attention to detail guarantees a high standard of safety and quality across all projects.

As a carpenter by trade, Luke draws on decades of experience and industry knowledge to drive successful outcomes across every project. Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending his downtime with family and pursuing personal interests.

Matt Williams

Quality Assurance &
Project Manager

Matt Williams is an accomplished project manager with a strong focus on quality, precision, and efficiency. With nearly 10 years of industry experience in solar, he has successfully overseen and delivered numerous projects, ensuring meticulous planning, seamless execution, and superior outcomes. His ability to manage installations while maintaining high standards has earned him a reputation for delivering above-standard solutions.

Matt began as a PV installer, developing a keen eye for detail and a deep commitment to high-quality system installations. His expertise extends to commissioning, AutoCAD, and software monitoring, allowing him to integrate technical solutions with effective project management. His analytical problem-solving skills enable him to tackle challenges methodically, ensuring projects are completed with precision and professionalism.

Beyond work, Matt enjoys travelling, spending time with family, and attending local sporting events.
